• Phone number (for account verification and recovery only)

When a Merchant scans your FileShore ID, we receive:

• Bills and receipts
• Warranty card details
• Loyalty program enrollment and points
• Vouchers and offers
• Transaction details (date, amount, items, store location)

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Payment card details or bank information
• Government ID numbers
• Biometric data
• Contents of your personal communications
• Data from other apps on your device

• Send expiry reminders for warranties and vouchers
• Enable Merchant connections
• Improve the Service

When you allow a Merchant to scan your FileShore ID:

• We share: Your FileShore ID only
• We DO NOT share: Your phone number, email, or personal details

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

• Access Your Data: View all your stored Documents and account information
• Export Your Data: Export your Documents in standard formats (PDF, CSV)
• Delete Your Data: Delete individual Documents or your entire account
• Manage Merchant Connections: Block specific Merchants from sending communications
• Communication Preferences: Manage push notifications and email preferences

8. Children's Privacy

FileShore is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
